Any person who has received a license as a licensed master’s social worker shall have the right to use the title, Licensed Master’s Social Worker, and the abbreviation, LMSW. No other person shall assume such title, use such abbreviation, or any word or letters, signs, figures or devices to indicate that the person using the same is a licensed social worker. Added by Laws 2003, c. 85, § 16, eff. Nov. 1, 2003.
