§59-1217. Individual personal qualifications.

Registration shall be determined upon a basis of individual personal qualifications. No firm, company, partnership, corporation, or public agency shall be licensed as a registered forester. Laws 1963, c. 92, § 17, emerg. eff. May 27, 1963.
