§59-1214. Examinations.

When examinations are required, they shall be held at such time and place as the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall determine. The methods of procedure shall be prescribed by the Department. A candidate failing an examination may apply for reexamination at the expiration of six
(6)months and shall be entitled to one reexamination without payment of an additional fee. Subsequent examinations may be granted upon payment of a fee to be determined by the Department, but not in excess of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). Added by Laws 1963, c. 92, § 14, emerg. eff. May 27, 1963. Amended by Laws 2013, c. 118, § 13, eff. Nov. 1, 2013.
