Said clerk shall when properly requested so to do likewise be required to record all final accounts and petitions for distribution, all notices, proofs of publication or of posting thereof, and any petition for partial distribution and notices, together with proofs of posting and publication thereof, and all
orders of distribution, either on petition for general or partial distribution of said estate. Laws 1949, p. 386, § 2.
