§58-715. Setting out or disclosing facts.

In all cases in which proceedings for probate or administration are joined or united as provided in this act, the proceedings shall set out or disclose all facts as to each separate estate that would be required if such proceedings were separately conducted. Laws 1945, p. 190, § 2.
