§58-510. Death of claimant.

If the person entitled to the conveyance dies before an application is filed, as provided in this chapter, or before the completion of the conveyance, any person entitled to succeed to his rights in the contract, or the executor or administrator of such decedent, may, for the benefit of the person or persons so entitled, commence such proceedings,or pursue any proceedings already commenced, and the conveyance shall be so made as to vest title in
the person or persons entitled thereto, or in the executor or administrator, for their benefit. R.L.1910, § 6419; Laws 1953, p. 241, § 42; Laws 1975, c. 13, § 8, eff. Oct. 1, 1975.
