§58-502. Application and hearing.

On the filing of a verified application by either the executor or the administrator, or by any person claiming to be entitled to such conveyance from an executor or administrator, setting forth the facts upon which the claim is predicated, the court shall appoint a time for hearing the application, shall issue notice thereof, shall cause copies of such notice to be mailed to each of the heirs at law, devisees and legatees of the decedent, whose addresses are known, at least ten
(10)days prior to the date of hearing, and shall cause notice thereof to be published one time, at least ten
