§58-432. Notice of postponement.

In case of a postponement, notice thereof must be given, by public announcement and posting of notice at the time and place first appointed for the sale. If the postponement be for more than ten
(10)days, notice must also be given by one publication in a newspaper in the county where the land is situated. An affidavit of such postponement and posting shall be given by the administrator. R.L.1910, § 6392; Laws 1969, c. 302, § 18, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
