§58-315. Allowance a preferred claim.

Any allowance made by the court in accordance with the provisions of this article must be paid in preference to all other charges, except funeral charges or expenses of administration, and any such allowance, whenever made, may, in the discretion of the court, take effect from the death of the decedent. R.L.1910, § 6332.
