§58-267. Validation of prior contracts.

All contracts for the borrowing of money and giving of security heretofore made by any executor or administrator for any of the purposes stated in Section 1 of this act and approved by the judge of the district court having jurisdiction of the settlement of the estate, where the money was actually used for any of such purposes, are hereby declared valid. Laws 1941, p. 231, § 4.
