§58-1225. Inapplicability of law to certain transfers - Effect.

To the extent that the Oklahoma Uniform Transfers to Minors Act, by virtue of subsection B of Section 23 of this act, does not apply to transfers made in a manner prescribed in the Oklahoma Uniform Gifts to Minors Act or to the powers, duties, and immunities conferred by transfers in that manner upon custodians and persons dealing with custodians, the repeal of Sections 401 through 410 and Sections 415 through 419 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes does not affect those transfers or those powers, duties, and immunities. Added by Laws 1986, c. 261, § 25, eff. Nov. 1, 1986.
