§57-628. Intermediate revocation facilities.

The Department of Corrections is hereby authorized to establish facilities to be designated as intermediate revocation facilities for the purpose of temporarily confining offenders who have violated the terms and conditions of probation. A period of confinement in an intermediate revocation facility shall be for six
(6)months. An offender who is referred to an intermediate revocation facility shall not be eligible to receive any earned credits pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 2012, c. 228, § 9, eff. Nov. 1, 2012.
