§57-555. Purchase of utility easements.

The Department of Corrections may purchase utility easements for the purpose of constructing utility lines from penal institutions to supply lines of utility service providers when funds are available for that purpose. Added by Laws 1977, 1st Ex.Sess., c. 5, § 21, emerg. eff. June 21, 1977.
