The Department of Corrections is hereby authorized to establish a pilot program at the Charles E. “Bill” Johnson Correctional Center, Alva, Oklahoma, and one or more pilot programs in other correctional facilities in this state on phonetics and reading using pre- and post-testing evaluations, subject to availability of funds. Added by Laws 2003, c. 41, § 1, eff. July 1, 2003.
