A. Those persons not receiving aid to families with dependent children shall be given equal access to the services provided by the Department of Human Services through its statewide plan for child support authorized by the Federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C., Section 301 et seq. B. The Department is authorized to study, develop and propose to the Legislature a fee schedule for child support enforcement services provided through the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Department. Added by Laws 1985, c. 297, § 27, operative Oct. 1, 1985. Amended by Laws 1992, c. 153, § 4, emerg. eff. April 30, 1992.
