A. The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules necessary for the implementation and administration of Sections 5 through 10 of this act.
B. Each licensing board shall promulgate rules necessary for the implementation and administration of Sections 5 through 10 of this act. Added by Laws 1995, c. 354, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 1995.
