A. The Department of Human Services shall establish and maintain a statewide incoming areawide telephone service hot line for the purpose of reporting suspected cases of welfare eligibility fraud, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
(TANF)fraud and food stamp fraud.
B. The Commission for Human Services shall promulgate rules to enact the provisions of this section, and shall include in such rules procedures which address false reports and issues of confidentiality.
