§56-142. Amount of allowance.

The allowance to each of such women shall not exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00) a month when she has but one child under the age of fourteen
(14)years, and if she has more than one child under the age of fourteen
(14)years, it shall not exceed the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) a month for the first child and Five Dollars ($5.00) a month for each of the other children under the age of fourteen
(14)years.
