SAVINGS CLAUSE.
The Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010 does not affect an action commenced, proceeding brought, or right accrued before the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010 takes effect. Added by Laws 2010, c. 384, § 104, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.
