SUPPLEMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW; RATE OF INTEREST.
(a)Unless displaced by particular provisions of the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010, the principles of law and equity supplement the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010.
(b)If an obligation to pay interest arises under the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010 and the rate is not specified, the rate is that specified in Section 727.1 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 2010, c. 384, § 7, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.
