§52-246. Partial invalidity - Effect.

The invalidity of any section, subdivision, clause, or sentence of this act shall not in any manner affect the validity of the remaining portion thereof. Added by Laws 1915, c. 197, § 11, emerg. eff. March 30, 1915.
