§51-91. Officers subject to removal.

All state officers not subject to impeachment under Section 1, Article 8 of the Constitution, and all county, city and municipal officers may, in addition to the methods now and causes provided by law, be removed from office as herein provided. Added by Laws 1917, c. 205, p. 379, § 1, emerg. eff. Feb. 19, 1917.
