§51-68. Trial after adjournment - Per diem of Senators - How paid.

In case the court of impeachment shall sit and hold its sessions after the Legislature has adjourned, the Senators composing such
court and the managers representing the House of Representatives shall be paid the same per diem and mileage as is prescribed for members of the Legislature when convened in regular session. The clerk, marshal, stenographers, and other employees shall receive the same compensation as is prescribed for like officers and employees in the Senate. The members, officers and employees of the court shall be paid upon certificates signed by the presiding Justice of the court, attested by its clerk. Added by Laws 1915, c. 131, § 18, emerg. eff. March 12, 1915.
