§51-65. Voting on judgment - Absence during trial.

The Senate when sitting as a court of impeachment shall determine what amount of absence of a Senator during the trial shall exclude the Senator from voting in the final decision. Added by Laws 1915, c. 131, § 15, emerg. eff. March 12, 1915.
