§51-58. Prosecution of impeachment - Board of managers.

When the articles of impeachment have been approved by the House of Representatives, and an impeachment ordered, a board of managers shall be appointed by the House of Representatives, of its own members, to prosecute it, whose chairman, within five
(5)days, shall lay the same before the Senate. Added by Laws 1915, c. 131, § 8, emerg. eff. March 12, 1915.
