subdivisions - Application of act.
The distinction existing between governmental functions and proprietary functions of political subdivisions shall not be affected by the provisions of this act; however the provisions of this act shall apply to both governmental and proprietary functions. Added by Laws 1978, c. 203, § 16, eff. July 1, 1978.
