§51-104. Evidence on motion to suspend - Taking of depositions.

The evidence procured by the Attorney General upon the separate investigations and examination of witnesses herein authorized to be made, may be presented by him on the motion to suspend the officer. The Attorney General and the defendant shall have the right to take depositions of witnesses to be used in said action, upon the giving of five days' written notice to the adverse party of the time and particular place when and where such witnesses will be examined, and the name of the officer before whom they will be examined. Added by Laws 1917, c. 205, p. 383, § 14, emerg. eff. Feb. 19, 1917.
