§47-958. Violations and penalties.

Violation of any provision of Section 951 et seq. of this title or any regulation promulgated pursuant hereto shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person, upon conviction therefor, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not more than thirty
(30)days in the county jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. Amended by Laws 1986, c. 144, § 5, emerg. eff. April 21, 1986.
