§47-1508. Power of Attorney General or district attorney.

In addition to the power of the Attorney General or any district attorney to institute civil proceedings under Section 6 of this act, the Attorney General or any district attorney is empowered to institute criminal prosecutions for a violation of Section 3 of this act in any court of competent jurisdiction. Added by Laws 1988, c. 158, § 8, operative July 1, 1988.
