On a monthly basis, the Corporation Commission shall transfer to Service Oklahoma the amount of net revenue collected under the International Registration Plan to be apportioned by Service Oklahoma in accordance with the provisions of Section 1104 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 2005, c. 479, § 2, eff. July 1, 2005. Amended by Laws 2025, c. 171, § 45, eff. July 1, 2026. NOTE: Laws 2005, c. 411, § 1 repealed by Laws 2006, c. 16, § 33, emerg. eff. March 29, 2006.
