§47-1118. Issuance of certificates of title for manufactured homes

A. Service Oklahoma and licensed operators shall issue a certificate of title which conforms to the provisions of Section 1117 of this title to any person applying for a certificate of title for a manufactured home.
B. Service Oklahoma shall provide each licensed operator with a school district map of the county designating the boundaries of each school district and the code number of each district.
C. The State Department of Education shall provide Service Oklahoma with a school district map designating the boundaries of each school district and the code number of each district.
D. Service Oklahoma shall not be considered a necessary party to any lawsuit which is instigated for the purpose of determining ownership of a manufactured home, wherein Service Oklahoma's only involvement would be to issue title, and the court shall issue an order dismissing Service Oklahoma from the pending action.
