§47-1020. Vehicle equipment standards.

Transportation network companies shall require that any motor vehicle(s) that a TNC driver will use to provide prearranged rides meets the equipment standards required of private motor vehicles under Section 12-101 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 2015, c. 279, § 11, eff. July 1, 2015.
