The driver in a ridesharing arrangement shall not be deemed a commercial operator or driver nor shall he be deemed to be transporting persons for compensation under the driver licensing provisions of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1980, c. 184, § 6, eff. Oct. 1, 1980. Amended by Laws 1995, c. 23, § 17, eff. Nov. 1, 1995.
