§45-604. Punishment for offense.

Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section twelve of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not to exceed one
month in the county jail or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Laws 1913, c. 125, p. 241, § 13.
