§45-47. Funding of activities.

Funding for the Oklahoma Mining Commission's activities shall be derived from funds appropriated to the Department of Mines for operating expenses. Funds required for any third party studies called for by a majority vote of the Commission members shall come from contributions by the mining and related industries, public and foundations, as well as those funds made available by the Department of Mines. Added by Laws 1985, c. 239, § 13, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
