ARTICLE 140C. Manual for Courts-Martial.
The Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, including all amendments thereto adopted from time to time, except when such rules are contrary to or inconsistent with the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice, shall be adopted as the Oklahoma State Manual for Courts-Martial. Added by Laws 2025, c. 344, § 16, eff. Nov. 1, 2025.
