ARTICLE 133. Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.
Any commissioned officer, cadet, or officer candidate who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Added by Laws 2019, c. 408, § 189, eff. Oct. 1, 2019.
