ARTICLE 97. Unlawful detention.
Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who, except as provided by law, apprehends, arrests, or confines any person shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Added by Laws 2019, c. 408, § 119, eff. Oct. 1, 2019.
