The Adjutant General is authorized to make and publish policy to determine the amount of compensation and benefits for members of the Oklahoma National Guard serving in active service of the state and prescribe the applicable rules and procedures. Added by Laws 1951, p. 118, art. 4, § 4, emerg. eff. May 16, 1951. Amended by Laws 1999, c. 49, § 1, eff. July 1, 1999; Laws 2010, c. 212, § 4, emerg. eff. May 6, 2010.
