§44-26.1. Financial donations to the Adjutant General.

The Adjutant General may receive financial donations and expend such donated funds or utilize state appropriated funds for mementos, presentations or participation in events designed to promote the interests and relationships of the Military Department or Oklahoma National Guard, specifically, but not limited to, the State Partnership Program. A full and complete record of such donated funds received and disbursed by the Military Department shall be kept and shall be subject to audit, and reports submitted to the Adjutant General upon request.
Such expenditures shall be limited to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per occasion and shall not exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per year. Added by Laws 2010, c. 212, § 1, emerg. eff. May 6, 2010.
