§44-233.7. Oklahoma Military Department Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Military Department to be designated the "Oklahoma Military Department Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of any monies received by the Oklahoma Military Department from the sale of surplus property, fees and receipts collected pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, interagency reimbursements, federal funds unless otherwise provided by federal law or regulation, gifts, bequests, contributions, devises, any other source, and the proceeds of property sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to the provisions of subsection B of Section 233.3 of this title.
All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Military Department for construction, repairs, and maintenance, equipment for facilities of the Oklahoma National Guard, or for operating expenses of the Oklahoma Military Department. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
All monies in the fund may, at the direction of the Adjutant General, be
invested by the State Treasurer in accordance with state investment practices. All earnings attributable to such investments shall likewise accrue to the credit of the fund.
