The Adjutant General, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to accept or purchase, for and in the name of the State of Oklahoma, acting as trustee for the Oklahoma National Guard, title to parcels of real estate. Added by Laws 1931, p. 77, § 1, eff. April 24, 1931. Amended by Laws 2007, c. 86, § 160, emerg. eff. May 1, 2007; Laws 2008, c. 172, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2008.
