§44-112. Suits for recovery of property.

Suits for the recovery of any property mentioned in this code or for the value thereof of damages thereto, may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state in the name of the State of Oklahoma, and the Attorney General of the state is directed to file such suits, upon the request of the Adjutant General, for the recovery of such property as he (the Attorney General) may deem advisable. Laws 1951, p. 122, art. 6, § 2, eff. May 16, 1951.
