§42-121. Removal of grain or seed with fraudulent intent -

Fraudulent appropriation.
Any person, firm or corporation, removing, or causing to be removed, any threshed or combined grain or seed from the premises where same were threshed or combined, with the intent to deprive the owner or operator of the threshing or combining machine, or person interested in same, of any sum or sums of money due for such threshing or combining, or who shall fraudulently appropriate such grain or seed to himself or any other person not entitled thereto for such threshing or combining, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and not more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or not more than thirty
