A. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall seek any federal funds available for the implementation of the Jobs Recovery Program, including, but not limited to, funds available from grants or work and training programs.
B. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall seek any private sector funds available for the implementation of the Jobs Recovery Program, including, but not limited to, funds available from donations or grants. Added by Laws 1988, c. 219, § 2, emerg. eff. June 21, 1988.
