ADOPTION AND PROMULGATION OF RULES. The adoption and promulgation of all rules by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act. Added by Laws 1990, c. 333, § 14, emerg. eff. May 31, 1990. Amended by Laws 2006, c. 176, §24, eff. July 1, 2006. Renumbered from § 4- 310A of this title by Laws 2006, c. 176, § 29, eff. July 1, 2006.
