§40-4-107. Quorum.

QUORUM. Any three Commissioners shall constitute a quorum. No vacancy shall impair the right of the remaining Commissioners to exercise all of the powers of the Commission. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 4-107, emerg. eff. June 13, 1980.
