EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT IN PRECEDING BENEFIT YEAR.
No individual may receive benefits in a benefit year unless, subsequent to the beginning of the immediately preceding benefit year during which the individual received benefits, the individual performed service and earned remuneration for such service in an amount equal to at least ten
(10)times the individual’s weekly benefit amount in the current benefit year. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 2-109, eff. July 1, 1980. Amended by Laws 2007, c. 354, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2007.
