Any officer, superintendent, foreman, boss, or other person in authority, who, on behalf of any railroad, corporation, or any other person, firm or corporation, using steam boilers, violating any of the provisions of Section 181 of this title, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D3 felony offense, and shall upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
