§40-168. Penalty.

Any employer of labor of any kind doing business in this state, as well as its agent, attorney or servant, found guilty of violating the preceding section, or any part thereof, shall be fined not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and not exceeding Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or confined in the county jail not less than one
(1)month and not exceeding one
(1)year or both such fine and imprisonment. R.L.1910, § 3766.
